Load carrying features
Your choice of shoulder straps – either S-shaped or J-shaped.
The 10cm wide hip belt has generous padding and a load-bearing insert sewn into the pack for better carrying comfort at heavier loads. With both a dual forward pull closure and two shapes, there is something to suit most body shapes. See sizing & fit to figure out which might suit you.
The frame consists of 2 tubular aluminum stays in a slight V-taper. The bottom is reinforced and firmly connected to the hip belt while load lifters are attached at the top. It’s very light for its stiffness compared to common flat bar frames.
Frame length/weight: short 54cm/81g, medium 58cm/87g, long 62cm/93g & longer 66cm/99g.
Integrated foam sit pad that doubles as upper back padding.
The comfortable carrying range is up to 25kg.
Materials & pockets
Pack body made from either UltraTX or Hybrid. Both are waterproof laminates with UltraTX being lighter and Hybrid lasting longer in most conditions. See materials for a more in-depth look.
Your choice of front pocket with elastic cord on top.
Your choice of side pockets. Either small pockets for secure the ends of paddles and poles or larger shaped pocket for water bottles etc.
Straps
Two daisy chains on the pack body.
Y-shaped top strap.
2x side compression straps per side
Side strap compression for the roll top.
The roll top has both buckles and a plastic strip.
Measurements
The internal volume is the maximum usable capacity in the main compartment with 3 rolls on the rolltop. Pockets add up to 12L external capacity.
60L: short 55L, medium 58L, long 61L & longer 64L. Circumference: bottom 89cm & top 101cm
70L: short 66L, medium 69L, long 72L & longer 75L. Circumference: bottom 96cm & top 108cm

Notes
The pack is constructed from waterproof 3-layer laminates and sewn with binding tape. This construction is highly weather-resistant and tough, but not fully waterproof. A pack liner is always recommended for full waterproofing. Some of the pack can be sealed well internally with PU or silicone-based liquid sealers.
