1. Payment

When you order your desired product(s) on this webshop, you will recieve a notification of recieption of the order via email and the total amount will be reserved in the account associated with the card used for payment. 

The order may contain items clearly marked as backordered or custom which are subject to lead time. If the order does not contain custom products, you can cancel the order and the amount will be discharged. 

Upon completion of your order, you will recieve a confirmation via mail and the total will be charged from your account. The order is either completed upon shipment or when the product(s) are ready for pick-up.

2. Delivery

We ship our products in Denmark and the rest of the EU using GLS, UPS for the UK and Postnord for the rest of the world. The correct shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout.

Denmark: GLS Pakkeshop, GLS privat, GLS erhverv, Pick-up
Sweden: GLS parcelshop (2-4 days)
Rest of EU: GLS private delivery (2-6 days)
UK: UPS standard (3-5 days)
Rest of the world: Postnord Tracked (3-15 days)

In-stock items will ship within one week, whereas custom items and standard items on backorder have at least a 4 week lead time. The lead time is estimated at the time of purchase but is subject to change and it does not factor in delivery time. Orders containing multiple items will ship when all items are ready.

We bear responsibility for the package until you have recieved it and taken it into your care. If you have given the carrier permission to leave the package at your premises 

3. Warranty (reklamationsret)

All products are covered for 2 years against defects. In the case of a defect, you are entitled to one of the following options: 

1. Repair of the defect
2. A replacement
3. A suitable reduction in price
4. A full refund

Please contact to iniate a warranty case.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty but I offer an at-cost repair to fix such eventualities.

4. Refund and returns

There are two classes of products with separate terms:

Standard products

Any unused non-configurable product is eligible for return and refund up to 14 days after they’ve been recieved. These include standardized packs, whether in-stock or on backorder and all accessories.

Custom products

Custom items that are made to your specification are not eligible for return. These alterations do include but are not limited to fabric combinations, custom sizing, and any requested adaptation from the standard listed specification of the goods in question e.g additional sewn-on pockets or features.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product(s) to me. Send it to the following address:

Upon receiption of the returned item(s) and confirmation that they are complete and in good condition, the amount will be returned to your account without delay and at least within 14 days.

8. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
