Shipping & Delivery

We ship our products in the EU using GLS, UPS for the UK and Postnord for the rest of the world. The correct shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout.

In-stock items will ship within one week, whereas custom items and standard items on backorder have at least a 4 week lead time. The lead time is estimated at the time of purchase but is subject to change and it does not factor in delivery time. Orders containing multiple items will ship when all items are ready.

Estimated delivery times and cost

The delivery times for the courier services below are estimates for how long the item will take to get to you once your order has been completed at the workshop. You will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number upon completion of your order.

Taxes and Customs fees

All prices displayed in DKK (kr) on our website will include VAT at 25%. For locations inside the EU, the price shown at checkout will be inclusive of VAT appropriate to the shipping address country. For locations outside the EU, the price shown at checkout will be exclusive of VAT, however, you may be liable for your country’s import duties and taxes.

Import Fees USA

For goods with a value of $800 or less, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border. 

Import Fees Australia

For goods with a value of AUD1000 or less, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border.

We cannot amend or alter the customs form to indicate a lower price.

Delivery and failed delivery

It is your responsibility to collect your delivery in a timely fashion. If an item is returned to us as undeliverable then we will have to charge you for re-delivery – keep an eye out for emails from us detailing information about your order so you are ready to receive it.

Please make sure someone will be at the address to receive the order, our lead time is an estimate only and sometimes we may ship an item out sooner. We will gladly hold off on mailing an item if we know you won’t be in, so be sure to let us know if you are planning to be away from the address. Once the item is shipped, you can use the courier’s delivery portal to manage the delivery.
