Sizing
Length when flat: medium 225cm, long 240cm and x-long 255cm. Go for a size at least 40cm longer than your body length.
Circumference at shoulders: regular 184cm, wide: 204cm and x-wide 224cm.
If you fit within your inflatable pad you can generally choose that size bivy as well, e.g. long/wide pad -> long/wide bivy. With rectangular pads, you should size up the width. If in doubt size up! Weight
